Knowledge breeds success, success breeds business!

LVA Europe Ltd was founded as a media and publishing company in 1993. It was one of the first companies in Western Europe to recognise the importance of dialogue between West and East in industry relations, which led to the First International Marine Forum in 1994, and we continue to facilitate business links and share market knowledge and expertise between Russia and the CIS, and the international business community.

In 1995, building on our contacts and expertise in industry sectors as well as in the practical aspects of programme management, LVA Europe Ltd diversified into corporate training and instituted a seminar programme. Seminars and corporate training can be "made to order", covering any aspect of business strategy and any market sector.

Through the seminar programme, LVA Europe Ltd have extended working relationships with many of the multinational organisations and companies which have been represented at LVA Europe Ltd conferences and Forums, including the International Financial Corporation (part of the World Bank), European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, London Stock Exchange and New York Stock Exchange, London Metal Exchange, International Petroleum Exchange, and many private, public and state-owned banks.

Thanks to its facility to draw on such expertise, LVA Europe Ltd' corporate training clients include some of the largest state and privatised companies in the Former Soviet Union, including Gazprom, Naftogas of Ukraine, Temir Zholy (Kazakhstan Railways), Utel.

In 1998, for the Peter the Great Tercentenary, LVA Europe Ltd sponsored the creation of a statue of Peter the Great, and arranged for its ceremonial transport to the United Kingdom aboard the Russian battleship Bespokoinii (Relentless). The monument now stands in the gardens of the Russian Embassy in London.
LVA Europe Ltd’ ten-year anniversary coincided with the demolition of the Twin Towers of Wembley Stadium, and we could not let either occasion go without a party. On the office roof, party-goers gathered with food, drinks and a laser canon, to see the LVA Europe Ltd logo projected onto the stadium towers. The party was covered by the BBC, Sky News and Sky Sport
In June 2003, participants, speakers and guests of the 4th CIS Business Summit (Summer Session) held a farewell dinner in the Churchill Room of the Houses of Parliament (Palace of Westminster) in London. The drinks reception and dinner was sponsored by Salans law firm. The evening's special guests were British Parliamentarian Robert Wareing M.P. and Russian Duma Deputy Grigory Tomchin.
In July 2003, a private reception for members of a gas delegation from the Russian Federation and Ukraine was held in the Terrace Dining Room of the Houses of Parliament (Palace of Westminster) in London. The drinks reception and dinner was sponsored by ABN AMRO Bank N.V. , with special guests from Royal Dutch/Shell, watchdog Energywatch and the British regulator Ofgem. British Parliamentarian Robert Wareing M.P. hosted the reception and dinner
Conference and seminar guests are regularly entertained in royal mediaeval style at Hatfield House, where banquets are hosted by incarnations of King Henry VIII and Queen Elizabeth I.
Our French office was opened in 2005 to cater for increasing demand to hold seminars in various locations in France and mainland Europe. Since its opening, LVA Europe Ltd in conjunction with Leading Ventures France, have organised may seminars and conferences in Paris, Evian, Monaco, Barcelona, to name a few, and continues to expand its European presence.
LVA Europe Ltd have far-reaching market knowledge, spanning a decade's worth of changes in the world, and an extensive database of contacts in both the countries of the CIS and the rest of the world. Using this market knowledge, we have been able to introduce energy sector players from the CIS to major players in France, Spain, the Netherlands, Germany, USA and the United Kingdom, as well as meetings with bodies such as the International Energy Agency and national market regulators.
